Taylor Real Estate Specialists Coronavirus Update:

In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to offer some comfort and guidance to our community.

Certainly, we understand that the outbreak raises a number of questions and concerns. As always, Taylor Real Estate Specialists remains committed to the safety of our clients and staff.

In our efforts to minimize the spread of the coronavirus, we have increased daily sanitation practices. This includes routine sanitation of doorknobs, drop boxes, light switches, phones, tables, chairs, desks, and computers.

In regards to buying a home, the good news is that interest rates are dropping to a historic low.

Per requests from sellers, however, we are requiring a pre-qualification letter or proof of funds prior to scheduling showings. Ultimately, our intention is to reduce traffic and potential exposure.
